I have been a loyal customer for 4 years. I experienced an aggrevating issue with a late delivery. However, My Beverly Hills Florist immediately stepped up to the plate with an upgraded order/delivery, a full refund and a letter of apology. David and Corey went beyond the norm to express their deep regrets for the delayed delivery. This was the ultimate class act apology! I truly appreciate how they swiftly and professionally handled this matter with respect and great concern. Beverly Hills Florist was absolutely wonderful. They called me to say that they were afraid they might not be able to get white tulips. Not only did they get them, but they assembled an arrangement that was magnificent and well received by my son & daughter-in-law for their anniversary. I will definitely use them again.
